In the heart of the Itria Valley, Residenza del Duca rises within a protected area surrounded by rolling countryside and an ancient forest, just ten minutes from the renowned town of Martina Franca.

Built with traditional materials and refined finishes, the villa offers a truly elegant escape, featuring stunning outdoor spaces including a large infinity pool, a spacious gazebo, and a private spa. Perched above the valley, the residence offers breathtaking panoramic views over the unspoiled landscape. Residenza del Duca was designed in collaboration with architect Stella Maris Gonzales, Global Stores & Properties Coordinator for DOLCE&GABBANA.

Conceived as a luxury estate, the property is set within 20,000 square meters of private parkland, enclosed by the region’s iconic dry-stone walls. The grounds are home to a rich variety of native plant life and two charming, authentic trulli—one of which has been beautifully restored and repurposed as a studio or storage space.

A 900-square-meter patio paved in fine Trani stone and outfitted with loungers and sunbeds invites guests to relax in total comfort. The 60-square-meter gazebo features an enclosed outdoor shower, a full outdoor kitchen, and a large table that comfortably seats 18, offering the perfect space for alfresco dining and poolside living.

Elegant lighting throughout the estate ensures complete nighttime usability and creates a romantic, magical atmosphere that sets the villa apart.

Inside, the villa spans two levels: a ground floor and a lower ground floor. All rooms are spacious and luminous, united by the sweeping views framed through expansive panoramic windows—unique to this region.

The interior layout covers 310 square meters and includes a large living room with lounge area, fireplace, and kitchen peninsula opening onto the patio. There are four double bedrooms (three of which can be converted into twin rooms), plus an additional suite with a double sofa bed integrated within the spa area. Each room, including the additional suite, has its own private bathroom, for a total of five bathrooms.

The 80-square-meter lower level hosts the private spa, complete with a hydromassage tub, sauna, Turkish bath, and herbal tea corner. Fitness innovative equipment (BastaScuse.me) is also available for weight training or yoga practice. The 210-square-meter rooftop terrace is dedicated entirely to sunbathing. A large private parking area completes this luxurious retreat, immersed in the peaceful embrace of nature and within easy reach of the region’s historic towns and most celebrated beaches.
